A Lady in White and Terrifying Entity

As a kid I lived at my parents place in Phippsburg which was an old sea captains house. We'd see a lady in a white dress out the corner of our eyes or walk into another room. She always seemed nice. There was another entity that we'd feel staring at us and see standing in the kitchen until we’d turn the light on. Did. Not like.

Recently I went there and saw something that scared the hell out of me. It touched me and stopped the door from closing.
